    Dell inspiron 1564
    Hi all.. I recently bought my dell inspiron laptop 1564... and I loaded with 32bit OS windows ultimate 7 (free dos).. I face an issue frequently with my laptop tat it gets hanged many times during work and the screen at times get smudgy look ( tat is over brightness and then resume normally after refreshing )... I contacted dell tollfree... they told its not technical issue... can anyone help me to sort out what the pblm really is?plzzzzzzz

    Some more details about my dell inspiron laptop 1564

    Core i3 processor
    2gb ddr3 ram,320 gb hard disk
    Windows ultimate 7 32 bit os ( not orginal) has been installed
