    Child Support Enforcement in Maryland
    In the state of Maryland:If the noncustodial parent has the children every weekend and the summer, does he/she still have to pay support to the custodial parent during these times?

    Yes, his visitation does not exclude him from paying support,

    In fact even if he had the child full time, he would still owe support till the support order was chaged
