Missouri is saying the fed gov told them I made 212.000 in year 2004 and that I netted 196.000 they have put a 14,903.93 garnishment , the state said , that the IRS hadf audited us , but the IRS said they didn't , they sent notice of the ganishment to the address on r 2004 returns , (we have moved 2 times since then and have always paid r personal propety taxes , states taxes and change r address with r voters reg and drivers license , but they made no effort to locate us , I got a transcript from r local IRS and took it to r walk in state office and it says we netted 30.000 for the year 2004 and the feds cut was 6, the state has taken every penny we had for r bills and rent and when I brought them the IRS transcript on the 25th of march 2011 and asked if it would be fixed by the 1st of April all they said is probably not and gave me no time line , they got my unemployment ck and my husbands direct deposit pay ck , is there anything we can do , we now have overdrafts on r bank account , a 100. Nonrefundable fee if r cell phones get shut off they will charge us 200.00 each for the early cancel fee , I'm going out of my head and feel like we r going to lose what little we have and there is nowhere and no one to turn too , we r not rich and r buying a dumpy 2nd hand mobile home and we might lose it all , how can they do this to anyone , it just doesn't make sense, sorry guess this isn't an answer , I looking for answers myself.

Cancel all of your direct deposits and have them sent to a P.O. Box #.

We r trying to cancel r direct deposits, having my unemployment put on a debit card , my husbands work does not like doing pay by cks but said they will for acouple of weeks, thanks tick ,

If you would use "our" or "are" (depending on which of those homophones you intend) it would be much easier to read your post. :(
