    Mequinol/tretinoin…Anyone using
.. So Are there any Dark skinned individuals (Gabrielle union, oprah) who has used the 10% Mequniol/Tretinoin combination and lightened significantly well EVENLY?

I’d like to mix this in with Euercin cream and make a 8oz lightening lotion for my whole body.

Does it give you white patches in the long run? …did it give you white patches?

Dark skin is sensitive and I’m afraid it may cause darkening.

    Someone PLEASE RESPOND…..

Yes it gives you white patches and lots of moles in the long run..

Moles are a sign to skin cancer or a precursor.

Guy Desi got lots of moles later on .

If he would come back we would know the real picture.

Moles from childhood are fine. But moles that come up after your grown up are risky

i highly doubt that he received such drastic results from mequinol. u probably meant monobenzone, or that he was using a HIGHER concentration of mequinol, OR he used it improperly instead of using it with tretinoine as recommended for skin lightening.

@ flickka - everyone who used it here has purchased it from Gold pharma or a compounded solage sort of cream.

No one has used pure mequinol. Even research states that Mequinol first gets you darker for months at end.

Its great everyone is getting good effects. But it will darken if you use pure mequinol in the beginning.

As for guydesi - I have been on forums for about three years now. He did lighten after two years of severe darkening with MEQUINOl and showed everyone the pictures of himself also

Perhaps a little more probing is needed :)

Besides mequinol in past research had shown it has direct effect on the liver , causes more moles and spots on the body. The moles are usuall the pro tubersant sorts.

Why doubt something someone says when you haven't used it yourself personally?

Its better to read both pros and cons before jumping on to the bandwagon
