I am an F-1 student who has switched universities. In my former university, I was an employee (research assistant) who used to receive W-2 s. In my new university however, I am on a fellowship and have received a 1098-T instead. Am I entitled to claim moving expenses?

I came to US in 2003 and was on OPT from Dec 2005- 31Dec 2006. I am an indian citizen. Do I qulaify for the tax treaty exemption? Was I a non resident alien for the year 2006? My H-1 only started from jan 15 2007. Which form should I file 1040NR? Thanks for any help on this topic.

I am an Indian student. I have moving expenses associated with changing universities. Can I claim these moving expenses along with the 8200$(5000 + 3200)?
