    Taxes
    The yeager company pays jhon kerr a salary as an employee and also fees for work he does as an independent contractor. Does this violate IRS rules.

    No. Many employers can and do hire their employers to do extra work as independent contractors, as long as the work does NOT fall in the scope of his duties as an employee.
