He can jump, but the pen would almost be the size of my room, he wouldn't really be able to jump, it would kind of just block of the shelves and such. Where can you get grass pads?

YOu can get them at Wal mart or Pet co. Or any large pet supply chain store.
How big is your kennel now? Maybe try blocking some of it off?

Is kennel is pretty big, I'd hate to put him in a small one because he is in it so long. Just for an idea his kennel used to be my other dogs, who was a black lab/rotweiller, and she weighed 80kg, and was fine in the kennel.

When the kennle is too big they will designate a pee corner. All they really need is an area big enough for them to stand and turn around. How many hours is your pooch crated for?

Maybe a human playpen won't work for you. Maybe you need to invest in a doggy playpen. Some of them come pretty tall... How tall is your outside fence that he jumps?

He is usually crated for 8 hours, sometimes he is let out at lunch which would mean 5 hours, let out, and then 3 hours. And the fence he is jumping outside is 4 feet.
