Recently I attended my annual physical. I have been experiencing lower pelvic pain in both thr right and left side. Also have pain and tenderness in my pelvic region and bladder.
Blood tests were done and showed that I have low FSH0.8, low WBC and RBC. An ultrasound showed normal findings except it noted >20 small follicles in each ovarie.

Any ideas on what this could be or the cause of the low blood counts?
