    Can I get a new photographers after signing a contract with a different photographer?
    I signed a contract with a wedding photographer and we have been unable to get in contact with her since. We gave her a check for the deposit, but she has not deposited the check yet. Given the fact that we signed a contract, can we switch photographers at this point?

    No matter what you do, you still have to resolve the business with the first photographer. What does the contract say about canceling? Refunds? Penalties?
