I have a problem finishing burel walnut, the finish has blotchy, cloudy areas. When I apply polyurithane the finish looks cloudy. Are there any fixes?

    Hi Ray,

How old is the finish your using?I have had cloudy patches before, but only with old finish.

Saying that the wood is smooth? and the pours are closed? Was stain applied? How long between coats? Moisture in the air, that one caught me once, only once:(
