Does this happen constantly, frequently or only occaisionally?

I've actually had that happen every few years, but usually only for a day and it stops. Kind of like you are salivating for something you really, really like and rarely get... but it keeps going and going.

My doctor told me if it because regular there would be something they could do... but not as infrequent as it happened to me. But I never had it get in my lungs and cause coughing... it would get in my stomach to the point it would give me world class indigestion. Once I managed to get to sleep in the first place.
