    18year old on probation...
My girlfriend is 18 years old, and is on Formal probation(has not voliated probation that I know of). Her mother has just kicked out of the house, and is refusing to take her to her court date. Is this possible in any way? And can this fall on my girlfriend cause her mom refuses to take her to court?

    Hello again, N:

Does she have a thumb attached to her hand?

What I'm saying to you, Youngster, is the court isn't going to listen to any excuse about an adult not being able to be in court because her MOMMY won't bring her. If she has to WALK, she needs to be there.
