    Is the agreement I signed to rent an extended stay hotel suite binding?
    Just found out that the apartment complex I live in is zoned as an extended stay hotel. Is my lease legal? I thought this was an apartment!

    Are you not staying an extended time?

    But yes your lease is valid

    A lease does not become invalid simply because the signer doesn't understand it. Did you read the entire lease? How could you not have told the difference? Why does it matter?
