Hi again... I ask a question about my 20 horse briggs an stratton murray rider... I made sure I have a fully charge battery on it an it is still clicking at the solenoid... u said start with the starter first... what try getting a new one or is there something I can do to that one?? the motor turns either way when I turn it my hand so I don't know if the starter is stuck in up position or not! Ps.in my last message I said I got a new one/i meant I got a new solenoid

You don't have to repost every time,
Check and make sure you have a good ground on the battery and the motor, check voltage where the cable hooks to the starter ,when you hit the key you should have at least 12 volts, check all you connections first I'm sure you have already done this but do it one more time for good measures,
    Luck
