I don't know if this is a movie or a Tv series or a v movie.
It has a lot of stories each is set in a café or restaurant or a diner. They are all different.
The Setting is colourfu.l I watched a scene and I want to watch the whole movie but I can't find the name. It has a lot of arcs
This is a few scene and quote which I watch:

A man and a woman dance in a café at night. When they stop The man say: "now we will forget we ever meet" It seem this is the first time they meet.

Two men commit murder in their diner. ( I don't can't remember what they say)

An older woman: There was once an odd man in a village in France. PEople asked him what is he's going to do. The Man Say he will become immortal. The Villagers laugh and leave him alone. Years later The painters are moving out of Paris. One Painter come to the village of the man and paint his picture. The Fool always in it. Years Later The Villager are gone so did the fool. The artists name is (Jan van Goyen) (I kind of forgot but it has Van G) . The villagers but they see him in every great museam in the world.
