    Federal withholding certificate
    Hi

    I work in a US based company located at California. I have two W4 forms - one form mentions "Form W4 for California purposes only" while the other do not mention any thing. It simply have Form W4. Please let me know which form we need to use.

    Would really appreciate for quick response.

    Use both. The other one is for your federal withholding purpose.
