Recently I've been having backside spasms (not painful). Any clue on this condition?
On my backside I've been having spasms and they are not painful. Usually this happens when I'm sitting down.

Stretching in the morning, even in the evening, diet with enough fruits(namely potassium, and others like those in bananas and kiwi fruit)

Having a proper diet always makes these seemingly little things go away, at least for me it does.

I am a meat eater and also enjoy fruits regularly, but not so much on the veggies, so I drink a daily share of V-8 and all seems to be correct for me! :)
