    Does washer spin run on a belt inside machine
    All water not draing out and washer does not spin fast enough to drain water out

    Depends drastically what washer you're referring to. Each brand has several different designs, all of which work differently. Brand names and model numbers are of the utmost importance for anyone here to be of any real help to you.
