    Cake and Nausea?
Ok I had a piece of cake and about 30 minutes later I felt like throwing up. This has happened a couple of times here lately. What does this mean? Why do I feel so sick?

This most likely means that the cake isn't settling with your digestive system. I'd lay off the cake for a while.
