    How do I shut off the water to my residence when I have a water well pressure tank in the line? Do I need to drain the pressure tank once I shut off the watre input valve and will that affect the pressure in the pressure Tank?

    Look for a shut off valve where the water enters your home.
    This will not affect the pressure tank. Does this answer your question? Regards, tom
