    The second one is potassium nitrite. I'm not sure about the first one. Let me check and I will answer in a few minutes

    The first one is sodium acitate. Also written as CH3COONa

    The new name according to IUPAC is Sodium Ethanoate, but I guess both are good.

    PS, it's Sodium Acetate
