    How do I prepare A motion to dismiss complaintent did'nt submitt proof to court in ti
    I'm looking for the layout of a motion to dismiss based on the fact the complaintent did'nt send me a copy of assignment show ownership or the actual debt requested by me and the judge gave them three weeks which has passed. Thanks for anyone's help.
