Washing Machine/Garbage Disposal back up/overflow in basement drain
When running the washing machine and garbage disposal, water backs up in the drain and overflows. We rented a snake for 3" from home depot and we found a tennis ball in there, got it out, and also snaked the outside drain in the back of house, and it still backs up. What to do. When he snakes the drain inside the house, he is hitting some hard like concrete and can not find the whole. Please help thanks
