Why did he forget about our plans
Why is it that guys forget about plans that we had made? It drives me crazy and makes me really sad... so I end up contacting them and they say that they forgot or didn't know we had plans... what's up with that?

It sounds as if whatever plans you made weren't as important to them as they were to you.
Find better friends/boyfriends.

Some men just don't place as high of importance on certain events as women do. Meaning that when you make the plans you need to set them in stone so the plans do not go in one ear and out the other. If it is important to you do not let him forget about it. And men are just forgetful sometimes I'm sorry to say I know I am. I forgot that I was taking my soon to be step son to the circus the other day, you better believe that when my fiancé reminded me I jumped up and cancled all other plans and made it happen. I didn't forget that it was happening, but I forgot when it was happening. Not because I didn't care (I really wanted to go) but I work so much that the date slipped my mind. Just be patient and make darn sure he knows your plans by heart before closing the subject. Maybe make him put the date and time into his cell phone or something like that.

Sounds like an excuse to me, as I don't see forgetting any plans my partner would make for us.
If I was against going, I would say so, and go from there but forgetting? Never.

You can't generalize every single guy out there. How is that fair to the guys who do remember?
Either way, it sounds more like he wasn't really interested. If he was interested, he wouldn't have forgotten because he wouldn't want to make a bad impression.

IT means they don't want to do whatever was planned so instead of just doing it they conveniently forget. I use to do that all the time when I was young and dumb.

He didn't forget, he just wasn't into you the way you were into him.
