    How to apply for L2 EAD
    My spouse is on L2 and has a job in India, he came to USA on a long leave. Can he apply for EAD in order to work in USA?

    Yes. File the I-765 with a copy of the L-2 visa and I-94, your L-1 visa and I-94 and your marriage certificate. If it is in a foreign language, include a full translation. Good luck!
