    04 accent won't start without boost looks like something under battery detached
    04 accent won't start when tried looks like something under battery has come apart will start with boost when I try without boost it makes a sound like a video game

    Remove and fully charge the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free. It's dangerous to jump a modern-day car--a voltage spike can easily destroy your ECM (computer), alternator, or sensors. Sounds like you need a new battery.
