    How much time would someone get for a 1st offence violation due to a robbery charge?
    My boyfriend spent almost 4 years in prison for a robbery charge and he made parol recently. Then he had to go to PA for a detainer because he was on probation before he was charged with the robbery charge. So he violated his probation, it was his first offence. I just want 2 know how much more time will he have until he comes home!

    Most likely they will give the time served for the robbery charge, and put him back on his original probation.
    That is what is most liekly to happen.

    They can actually send him to prison for the entier probation time he had
