    How can you do Scanning and Organizing jobs and prevent from Carpel Tunnel symptoms?
    I have to count and go through tons of pages. So I use my hands a lot. But then also computer typing causes me CT symptoms.

    Is there a way out?? I'm in my early 30s

    Get properly seated, proper desk height and keyboard layout, look at getting a more ergonomic keyboard.

    Get tested on a reglar basis for CT
