    They may agree to it, ( but would have agreed a lot more before they had to sue you for it.

    They most likely will get the judgement at this point and then work with you for large enough payments. Remember once they have the judgement, they can attach your bank accounts and they can garnish your pay check. So they will be looking for large enough payments
