    I have a manufactured home what are options for getting out of it
    I have a manufacture home that is worth less then I owe on it and I feel I can not sell it for what I owe on it. How can I get out from under it, or should I just walk away from it.

    Your going to take a hit either way so why not just stay in it ?

    Do you need to move to another city ? Why do you want to move out ?

    But you stay and pay it off, land and home values will go back over over some years
