    BUt before I can answer your question I need more Information[[ #1=I need the series date and letter following the date[example=1998A b c d e f g ,ect;;or no letter ;;#2=the signatures ,; #3The type of note[FRB]FEDERAL RESERVE BANK] the name of the issuing bank;;A silver certificate? etc.;;WAITING for your reply,so I can answer your questions; OH I also want to THESE can be answered from the {FRONT SIDE OF THE BILL THANKS :: ON THE rest of your answers I will include what the STAR means and why it is there;; Have a great night and GOD BLESS ::F.B.E.
