    I want to cancel child support how to do it
    I need to cancel support because I have custody of them for 10 years and still get papers in the mail

    Hello dave:

    You need to have the child support order modified. For that, you need to file a petition in the family court that ordered it. If you don't know how to do it yourself, you're going to need a lawyer to do it for you.

    Most likely, you don't have LEGAL custody either. I'd get that fixed too. In fact, it'll have to be fixed in order to have the support order modified.
