    Evil Outlook Express
I'm technologically challenged and new here. How do I delete Outlook from my PC and life? I have the feeling that it has messed up more than just any other email account (such as hotmail) that I thought was linked to it, but I can't even access other personal accounts, such as Netflix, for crying out loud. I can't even go directly to any email sites and try to log in there.

OE is not capable of blocking your Internet access. Are you running any type of software like Notron Internet Security suite? This would be a more likely culprit for blocking your access to various websites. You might also check your web browser settings. In particular, check the security level and make sure it's not set too high. You can find these options in IE by clicking on Tools/Internet Options.
