    How can my wife regain custody of her special needs25yr. Old son from her mother
    My wife's 65 yr. old mother has custody of her 25 yr. old special needs son. She uses the boy as a weapon to get her way by threatening to sever contact with my wife and her son. How can she regain custody?

    How did she lose custody? Why?

    She should go back to Court, file for custody, the Court will interview all of the parties and determine what is in the best interest of the son.
