My w2 form income is disability
My income tax return for the last 3yrs have been audited by the IRS consistently due to the W2 form coded incorrectly per IRS. W2 box1 and box 13 only.
IRS says the box 12a should be J.
LTD company(AETNA) says they are not changing, they use publication A15.
Employer paid benefits. My husband and me both are on disability.

You need to meet with an AETNA representative to show him the IRS letter. You may need to get the IRS involved in the conversation.
