    Drinking anything alcohol seriously suppresses the immune system by reducing your white blood cell count. So, no, you can't drink brandy when you have a fever. When you have a fever you need all the help you can get for your immune system. I think the old saying goes 'feed a fever, starve a cold'. Meaning, eat well when you have a fever to build up your body to fight the fever from dibilitating your body.
