    Can you seize a bank account with 2 different names on it Texas
    Can a judgment seize a bank account with the father & child(ren) on it if only father has judgment in Texas?

    Typically, yes - anything with the debtor's name can be levied.

    You may want to be careful though; Texas has laws which are extremely favorable towards debtors rather than creditors.
