    What are the penalties for second offence larceny of not exeeding 1000 dollars
    My brother was un armed when he snatched around $700 from a store and ran he did a year provation in te past for misdemeanor theft class c when he was 18-19 he is now 21

    Depends on where you live, up to 5 years in prison on average. Most likely expect to serve one. Good lawyer perhaps probation again
