    Bankruptcy+How to List Credit Card since I'm Auth.User
    Hello,

    If someone is listed as an authorized user on a credit card (and it shows up as such on their credit report) how or where should they list it on their Ch 7 Bankruptcy schedules?
    Or does it even need to be listed (claimed) at all since they are only an authorized user? NOTE: the primary account holder is not filing for bankruptcy, only the authorized user is filing.

    Also, should the primary take the authorized user OFF the card PRIOR to filing bankruptcy? And how does that affect listing it in the BK paperwork?

    Secondary assigned user is responsible for the debts of the main user as well. I suggest you have the secondary user removed from your accounts. If you don't pay, then they would be contacted for payment.
