My credit card, credit union loan will all go away after the California 4 yr statute
I have credit card debt as well as a unpaid auto loan from a credit union. Will that all go away after the California 4 year statute of limitation. What's the chances of getting taken to court and a getting a judgement. Can bank accounts be attached? Can liens be put on my home if it's in a trust?

Well first of all have you tried to work out a payment plan and pay this off? After all you do owe it. How long have you not been paying on this? I'm pretty sure before the sol's come around you
Will be hearing from them. If you ignore this you can except a judgement and then your bank account will be frozen and if your state allows a wage garnishment could happen. I would not just wait until the statues of limitation to come around
