    Replacing a exterior wall
    I want to restore an old (1900) 2 story stone/brick house there is no foundations and the walls are 15 inches thick there is no insulation and some of the bricks are crumbling what is the best repair for these walls ? Thanks Mick

    If the brick are just veneer on the out side of stone just simply replace them.if they are structural I can'nt safely give you advise with out seeing it.you should consult a local contractor or structural egineer
