    Will my wife have to pay for my medical bills if I declare bankruptcy even if I signed soul responsibility?:confused:

    Normally if married, since a lot of debts are joint debts, both husband and wife file jointly.

    No, I Filed Chapter 7 Two Years Ago. I Didn't Lose Any Of My Personal Property And It Also Erased My Social Security Overpayment And My Medical Bills.
