Hi everyone...

There is this girl I have met recently. For me it was like love at first sight (I usually do not believe in such a thing but with her it hit me like a rock). The problem is she has a boyfriend. She is from the west coast but now studies in the east coast for college, same as me. Her boyfriend however lives in another country at the moment because of his sports career and even if he comes back to the states he will go back to the west coast and they will still not physically be together. To me, this seems like a really stupid relationship and I asked her about it. She responded that she is not in love with him or anything but that she just cannot see herself with anybody else. When I looked at her she added "..at the moment, at the moment....". I think she has given me some kind of signs, like touching me accidentally, being really comfortable in my car and walking next to me when we walk through the mall with other friends. We have never had a date or something like this. The only time we had alone together was when I dropped her off at the school and she was waiting for her friends. Even though she has given me hints (at least I think so, but it might as well be nothing and I'm just interpreting stuff into it) she does not write or contact me just to talk. If I write her however she always responds and makes jokes and tries to make fun of me. The only thing I have really felt from her side is that she has asked me if I want to be her workout buddy for 24hour fitness. Does this mean anything? Was it for real or was it only her saying it but not actually meaning it?
Anyway I hope you guys can help me a little bit in my situation...

Oh yeah, the story of her relationship is weird too. They made out in the winter break and after she got back he actually asked her if she wanted to be with him. To me this is like a pre-school relationship. Also, she has made out with another guy right after she got together with her boyfriend. She told her boyfriend and they were about to break up, but now everything seems to be fine again. She says that this thing was a one time only accident.

She has a boyfriend. Regardless of your feelings on their relationship, you need to step up and respect that. Why would you want to get involved with someone who has a boyfriend?

I don't see her giving you any signs of romance either. You are clearly into her which means you exaggerate every kind of "friendly" gesture she makes. Either handle a friendship with her without expectations of anything else or go fish in another pond.

If she has a boyfriend, she is off limits. Back off. If you really liked her so much, you would respect that fact.
Also, remember that love is commitment, respect, willingness to die for someone, etc. It's a choice you make. It's NOT romantic feelings. So, unless you are willing to die for this girl, respect her, and commit your lifetime to her, it's not TRULY "love." Plus, it's possible that you feel for her at first sight- but what you fell for was what you SAW, not who this woman truly is... clearly, she has a boyfriend. Stay away.

Doesn't sound like she takes her relationship seriously. Especially the fact that she cheated on her boyfriend the day after they become a couple.

But is that what you want? If she's with you, who knows if she would take her relationship with you seriously.
