you have to take double your body weight,, as in if your weight is 50 kg then 50*20=1000 mg of glutathione and 1000 mg of vitamin c twice, and for faster result you can double the intake what suggested cause it doesn't harm your body,whatever is extra it comes out from our pee,,
but try taking the pills in interval,take one pill before breakfast in empty stomach and other in evening/night whenever you feel like, take care,,

This is correct. Double the vit C and you will notice the difference. Also take 1-2 alpha lipoic acid a day, this boosts the glutathione. In reality. You are overdosing on glutathione and vit c. but it doesn't harm you. I was taking 1.500 vit c - twice a day. The most it can give you is an upset stomach. I hope this works for you and please stick with it, as there are people on here who say it doesn't work and I think they say that because they haven't used the right ingredients/dosage or haven't used it for long enough. (Also if you want to make sure you are going to get lighter, then you can use something called L-Cysteine (research it) it may seem a bit much using 4 products a day, but the result is worth it)

After you have reached your desired colour, then I think you only need to take 500mg of glutathione, nothing else x

Hey I have been using this pills for one month,and found no visivble result,can you please tell me, how much time will it take to see changes,and I am olive complexion,want to lighten myself by 5 shades,is it possible and if,, then by what time,
