    How would I know the signs of walking puenmonia
    Tightness in my chest area, short breaths constantly coughing clearing throat/dryness feels like there's something in my throat but I can't clear it out

    See if bronchitis is a better fit. Acute Bronchitis-Symptoms Both require prompt treatment.
