The two plastic tubes are the hot and cold supplies.
It only leaks if shower is on.
This clears the supplies. Now tell me exactly what's leaking and from where. Back to you, Tom

I don't have the wall open so I can't check the joints. I have attached some pictures to show you where I am now. I was hoping not to open wall behind shoer which is my family room. Any suggestions?
    Thanks

It looks very and also it looks you have replaced the parts, I would suggest to remove the shower head, slide down and remove the arm cover plate, remove the cover plate on the shower handle, remove the spout, get 2 end caps install it on the shower arm and on the spout pipe, if the spout pipe is copper with no threads use a Sharkbite end cap, for more info see the images, now get a flash light open the shower handle and check for water leak particularly look at the shower arm where threads at ear drop inside the wall, I hope you will see some leak that can be an easy fix and will be not need for the wall to be opened, good luck and please let us know, Thanks.
