I'm looking for the name of a black and white movie where a spy is trying to learn the names of 9 allied countries whom made a pack with Hitler if they helped him in the war. In the end, the spy is to learn of the last 2 allied countries when he is to meet with another spy, in a dark street or alley with the spy. He tells his girlfriend that she is to wait while he goes ahead. If she hears a shot, she is to leave. She later hears a shot but waits and her friend returns. The other spy is killed without telling him who the other allies were. When the movie was over, I was not able to get the name. Thanks for your help.
