    violation of probation ifor first time Class-B Misdemeanor
    I'm on probation for possession with intent and I'm on probation for 5years and while on probation I got a for Class-B Misdemeanor for shoplifting and this is my first on shoplifting and first violation of probation

    My guess ( and only your PO and Judge will know what will happen) but as long as you notified the PO and this is not related to drugs, often they will let you go on the first violation. But then others will have you before the judge on it.

    No way to know, but most likely they will read you a riot act, perhaps ask for a closer supervision and nothing else
