    1098T - form 2009
My wife started her Grad school from Spring 2010 (Jan). She enrolled in 2009 and got the 1098T from the university. I paid the fees on 1/6/2010. Should I use this tuition for 2010 or 2009 taxes?
    The 1098 T form has year 2009. I am just confused because when I file 2010 taxes, I will have 2 1098T forms ( 1 for 2009 and other for 2010).

Use the Form 1098-T for 2009 on your 2009 return, and hold the other one for the 2010 return to claim the Education credit for 2010.
