Help!! My furnace went out this morning. I am sure if it is because of the thermostat which a friend of mine thought that it was or... I haven't changed the filter. Where is the filter to change? I can't find it.

Please help me!! I do not know where to change my filter.

If it is central heat/air then check where the fresh air vent is.( the one that sucks air from the room ) Its usually behind there. Its is inside your home.

Not changing the filter will restrict air flow, but would not stop it from working ( it may just not work well)

It can be many places, mine is under my home, in a crawl space where the main fan is located at, I have had them near the air return vent, others with a furnace unit that was in the close where it pulls air in.

You are just going to have to look in all of the normal places
